What I chose and why I chose it
For my 30 day challenge I chose to do 30 minutes of roller skating. I already know how to roller skate but I wanted to create more space for me to get better and enjoy roller skating more often. A challenge I think I'll have during my 30 day challenge is not losing motivation to do it everyday. I hope that by the end of this 30 day challenge I will have made a habit of roller skating and hopefully I will have gotten better and gained more skill.

Mood (out of 10): 9/10
Since today is the first day of the 30 day challenge I’m feeling pretty excited about starting it. I’m excited to see how roller skating improves my life and skills. I’m also a little doubtful of myself being able to continuously do the challenge without missing any of the days. I think this challenge will be difficult for me because I have robotics almost everyday and finding time to roller skate for 30 minutes will be challenging. I’m not sure if there’s any outcome I expect, but I hope I gain more skills and fun roller skating dance moves. I also hope I start to make a habit of roller skating everyday so I continue to do it even after the challenge is finished.
